Basefarm announced that Erlend Kristoffersen has been appointed Director of Service Delivery. Kristoffersen joins the management team of Basefarm’s Operations organization.
Oslo, 04 March 2014 – Today, Basefarm announced that Erlend Kristoffersen has been appointed Director of Service Delivery. Kristoffersen joins the management team of Basefarm’s Operations organization. He will be responsible for all service deliveries to customers in Norway, Sweden, and the Netherlands.
Kristoffersen has extensive management experience from Siemens Business Services and Logica, and comes to Basefarm from Steria, where he was Director of Infrastructure Management Operations. In Basefarm, he will lead a total of nine units in three markets; Norway, Sweden, and The Netherlands.

Kristoffersen’s main responsibility will be to ensure superior quality in all Basefarm customer deliveries. He will also have responsibility for customer satisfaction. His contribution will be important in relation to Basefarm’s ambitious growth targets by contributing to both the top and bottom lines. In addition, Kristoffersen’s international experience will be important as Basefarm ramps up its international deliveries.
