Sweden’s no 1 e-commerce site, Nelly.com, chooses Basefarm
The popular e-commerce site for fashion; Nelly.com has signed an agreement with Basefarm, who will provide Nelly.com with advanced operation services.
“We have approximately 15 million visitors each month and our target group expects a high rate of news, which demands a stable and flexible platform. We must act in a high rate of development, and therefore we wanted to cooperate with Basefarm”, says Magnus Månsson, CEO Nelly.com.
Nelly.com is in the forefront in taking advantage of the ongoing shift, from traditional retail to e-commerce. The company, which in 2014 passed 1 billion SEK in turnover, has over the past years made a series of investments, such as increased shipping options and launch of a new responsive site which focuses on inspiration and gives a better shopping experience. Nelly.com will have a flexible platform and will be able to scale up as needed with Basefarm as operational manager.
