Cint teams up with Basefarm
Software company Cint has chosen Basefarm as its technical partner for operating its global SaaS platform.
Cint supplies technical solutions that link people’s opinions with those looking for answers. These systems have to function around the clock, all over the world.
“For us, choosing Basefarm was a no-brainer. They want to be the best operations supplier for global web services with a focus on stringent requirements, availability and performance. They’re also genuinely interested in technical innovation; these are all qualities that appeal to us. We are working to develop our systems in an ever-changing environment ourselves. New customer requirements demand new things from the platform, therefore the infrastructure has to be very dynamic. Basefarm is a company that can help us with this, because they are just as interested in quick, secure development as we are,” says Marcus Almgren, CTO of Cint.
Cint develops software and offers a global marketplace through which users can reach target groups for surveys. Every day, hundreds of thousands of people respond to surveys via Cint’s platform. Basefarm will supply an operational solution containing both Windows and Linux, distributed across several data centres.
“Our systems have to be stable and reliable for our customers, and we continuously strive to achieve better user experiences and quick response times. We’re happy with this new partnership with Basefarm and look forward seeing it implemented in practice,” Marcus continues.
“Global coverage and high rate of change are things we have long focused on at Basefarm, and we look forward to working with Cint, which is at the forefront of innovation, customer experience and agility. High rate of change is essential to survival and retaining your competitiveness in the digital world,” says Sara Murby, Basefarm’s Country Manager for Sweden.
Implementation is starting now and it is estimated that the solution will be tested and live by the end of the autumn.
