Basefarm top ranked in Great Place to Work® Survey in Norway and the Netherlands.
According to the Great Place to Work® survey in Norway and the Netherlands, Basefarm has been awarded the title Best Workplaces 2018 which puts Basefarm in the top in their categories in two countries. Basefarm is also certified for Great Place to Work in Sweden.
“We work very hard to improve the organizational culture and work climate for our staff and I’m so proud that both Basefarm Norway and Netherlands are ranked among the best workplaces in their respective countries” says CEO Fredrik Ohlsen.
The Great Place to Work survey has been developed based on experience in 60 countries. It is conducted annually based on anonymous data gathered from 13 million employees worldwide. This year, 31.000 employees from more than 200 Norwegian companies and 55.000 employees from 145 Dutch companies took part in the survey.

These are the best workplaces in the Netherlands in 2018 in the category 20-49 employees.
The Great Place to Work® score is based on two parts; the employee survey Trust Index and the Culture Audit analysis. The survey allows the opportunity for companies to use the result analysis for benchmarking on a series of criteria in relation to other companies of the same segment and size.
“It's great to be ranked among the best workplaces in our categories and in this way receiving external benchmarking and inspiration, we hope that more talents would like to join Basefarm when they see that we are a company where people thrive and enjoy working” says Marcel Ravenshorst SVP Human Resources.
