We ensure that mission-critical solutions are always available. We at Basefarm use our technical expertise, our superior infrastructure and cloud platforms, together with business understanding to build customized solutions that improve performance, availability, and, ultimately, the end-user experience of our customer’s services.

With our 400 staff, we securely host more than 35,000 services reaching over 40 million end-users globally.

How do we succeed in making our customers happy when they have complex solutions, high-volume/high-intensity traffic, require minimum time-to-market, and demand 100 % availability? Not to mention the stringent levels of security they require.

We do so by having a close relationship with our customers. Every customer is assigned a Technical Account Manager (TAM) who works closely with the customer in daily operations. The TAM has the overall responsibility for the customer’s solution, implementation of changes, and further development. Our 24/7 Service Desk, manned by highly-qualified engineers in our first line support, solves most of the events and incidents reported. This enables our technical customer teams to focus proactively on operations and ensure an optimized platform, to deploy new functionalities, or to scale the environment on demand, based on customers’ changing needs.

Basefarm was founded in 2000 to support companies and organizations that wanted to build their success through the Internet. From the start, we have developed our world-class systems and tools, refined our procedures, built datacenters, cloud platforms, implemented security solutions like PCI-DSS, and employed the best technical experts. And we still have the same mission: to enable our customers’ success through superior technology solutions. This is what we do, and we are still passionate about it!
